 Welcome to the Meteorological Society of the Haberdashers' Aske's Boys School. Established in 1992, we have provided local forecasts every school day since. We use the geography department's Computer Room to analyse weather data and develop a forecast for the coming week. Junior forecasters work in pairs on a specific day of the week to create a forecast from the various instruments, under the supervision of the senior forecasters and the ever watchful eye of
Ms Cook, the
master in charge. For many, MetSoc is a regular part of their school life. Even if not involved, one might glance
at the images displayed on the screen upstairs in the geography
department.
