We can supply all your uniform requirements and also stock a wide range of stationery and accessories all at competitive prices.
Opening Times
The shop opening hours during term time are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 3.45pm (closed for lunch 12 - 12.45pm).Goods on Approval
The school shop operates an approval system whereby items of clothing i.e. uniform, sports kit including footwear (not stationery or accessories) over £10 can be taken home on a sales invoice and paid for the following day. Goods taken on approval that are not suitable must be returned within five working days. They must be in their original wrapping, unsoiled and accompanied by the invoice. Goods taken on approval, which are retained by parents, should be paid for by cash, credit card or a cheque made payable to "The Haberdashers' Aske's School Shop Ltd" accompanied by the invoice. As this service is for the convenience of parents we would appreciate your co-operation regarding approvals.
We reserve the right to refuse goods taken on approval.
For your convenience it is possible to leave your credit card details on file with us so that we can process your son's purchases immediately. A receipt would then be forwarded onto you by post.
Lost Property
Lost property is still a major problem. Large amounts are being brought in daily, over half unnamed, especially from the Sports Hall and Changing Rooms. It appears a contributing factor to the lost property situation is the use of carrier bags. Please make sure your son has a clearly named, appropriate sports bag and boot bag . It is imperative that all school items are named including, bags, shoes and sports footwear and that your son is aware of the Lost Property opening times, which are daily at 13:45 - 14:00. To reduce the volume of lost property, please ensure your son takes all his belongings home at the end of the day.
We cannot answer any lost property queries to boys outside of these hours.
Unclaimed items will be given to Charity at the end of each term.
To ensure that we give you the best possible service, it is essential that an appointment is booked for outfitting during the summer months. Please book your appointment early to ensure that you get a time and date that is convenient for you.
