On February 14th, fifteen boys of the Habs year ten embarked on a trip to Valencia. It began with a train journey on the Gatwick express from Victoria that led the group to Gatwick airport to fly to Valencia.
Other than a one and a half hour delay right at the end of the journey and some wet weather, Mr Moss and Mr Garvey led a perfect adventure into Valencia that involved spoken Spanish improving whilst still having fun.
The group went to see a Spanish movie, went on a sunny bike tour around the park and city, viewed the Mestalla football ground, visited the famous City of Arts and Sciences, climbed the steps of a medieval church tower, ate some traditional Spanish tapas and paella and took some enlightening Spanish classes.
