Jazz Summer School
2021 dates will be as follows:
Week One: Sunday 15 - Thursday 19 August 2021
Week Two: Monday 23 - Friday 27 August 2021
The two weeks are separated by ability/experience. Week 1 is aimed at any instrumentalist of roughly grade 3 standard or above who would like to learn about improvisation and gain experience playing in a jazz ensemble. Week 2 is for the most able musicians who should be at least grade 8 standard (or equivalent) on their instrument and/or be able to improvise fluently in the jazz style (entry to this week will be on audition).
