Credit Controller

Position: Full time – flexibility may be available for term time (35 weeks including one week INSET) plus six weeks will also be considered. 37.5 hours per work.

Salary: up to £40,218 per annum FTE plus 40 days holiday and other benefits.

Following the successful promotion of the current Fees Manager, we are currently recruiting for a Fees Manager who is responsible for fees across our schools (Habs Boys and Habs Girls), which consist of approximately 2,500 students.

The Fees Office is responsible for calculating, communicating and collecting School fees and other charges in a timely manner. It currently achieves a high fee collection rate. The Fees Manager will provide line management to the Fees Ledger Clerk and have responsibility for the debt control process. The post holder will liaise extensively with a wide range of staff across the schools and from external organisations, whilst being a key member of the overall Finance team.

You should have experience of managing people, have a keen eye for detail, be financially literate and have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
